These Terms and Conditions apply to the consulting services provided by Wouter Droppers. By booking a consultation through www.wouterdroppers.com or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We offer personal and professional consulting services focused on personal, spiritual and professional business and leadership development. The scope, duration, and method of delivery will be agreed upon individually with each client.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. You may cancel or reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the fee paid. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees for consultations are communicated in advance and must be paid either before or immediately after the session, as agreed upon. We only accept payment through our website (payment page) or bank transfer. Invoices will be provided upon request.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to actively participate in the consultation process. The effectiveness of the consultation depends on your openness and engagement.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared during consultations as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law. No data will be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide services (e.g., invoicing platforms).
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to offer valuable insights and support, we make no guarantees about outcomes. We are not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of the consultation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content shared during consultations, including documents and tools, remain the intellectual property of Wouter Droppers unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any material without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of The Netherlands.
